Dual Spell Weaving [Metamagic, Wizard Only] |
Magic is simply a fabric that can be taken apart and woven back together anyway a caster sees fit... |
With intense study, you can weave two spells into one.
Prerequisits: Int 14, abiltity to prepare spells (wizard), at least two other metemagic feats.
Benifit: By using two spell slots two levels higher than two spells of equal level, you can memorize one spell that has the effects of both spells used. Example: A fireball/lightning bolt cast by a fiftenth level caster would use two fifth level spell slots but still be one spell. When cast, a lighting bolt would strike the target for 10d6 damage and would imidietly explode into a fireball for an additional 10d6 damage. |
