The Bandits Must Be Brought To Justice!
My first mission of Great Importance!
I started out my adventure receiving orders from the local church on matters of bandits located somewhere around the Barga trade routes. After much deliberation I realized that I might need some help on this mission and sought that from my brother Rorrin who excels on the battlefield. Together we ventured through Barga courageously searching for any clues to finding the bandits. My brother kept trying to settle me down from yelling out for the bandits to show themselves... but honestly I was so excited to finally see battle that I couldn’t hold it in. After a full morning’s worth of searching we decided that it might be easier to find a piece of information from the local bar.

We headed to the Frosty Mug where many great musicians like the Ungrateful Dead had played. Tonight a taller man who appeared to be a bard sang many songs that at first seemed offensive to me but eventually the melody won me over and I enjoyed every last song. After a minute or two or sitting my brother was able to hear a conversation between a troubled gnome and an energetic gnome. It seems the troubled gnome had lost a daughter to some bandits about a week ago. I decided that he must have some information about the mission I was on and approached him. I tried my hardest to gain his trust and eventually bought him an ale to win him over. The crazy gnome sitting next to him kept interrupting and eventually he explained that he had several names that I will never try to remember but I believe he told me just to call him Gim. Getting back to the older gnome I heard his whole tale and realized that I would need to find more information and help in order to fulfill my mission. Because of Gim’s loud talking about the mission a Dragon Shaman named Lochlan approached and offered his services for a fee. I tried to encourage him to trust in the church to provide for his needs but I had no other choice but to seek his help since I and my brother hadn’t seen much action. Shortly there after more babbling from Gim, a swashbuckler named Eoin Fitzpatrick approached me and decided to invite himself on the journey and further explained that he was coming no matter what I said. So, I put him in his place telling him that he would be welcome to come and share in the wealth but only if he paid an initial fee. I of course was using this opportunity to pay Lochlan’s fee which he found humorous but after a little more bargaining we were all agreed.

Suddenly, a quiet and shady looking man approaches the bard who was singing earlier. Gim overheard the conversation and told us that the man was looking for two precious items. After relaying the information Gim spots the man’s skin and says aloud, “What kind of man has orange skin”. The man, who called himself Gorgoth, then heads over to our table and let’s us all know what he’s seeking and that if we find anything out about the items to let him know. Although he said it in a way to let us know not to interfere with him. As quickly as he came to our table is as quickly as he left.
I stayed up much of the night looking for information and finally around two in the morning a man came in explaining that he had been attacked by goblins at a cave to the East. I asked what the name of the cave was and he told me it was the Haversack Mines. With this information in tow I quickly went to bed and slept through the rest of the night.
