Stonebridge

Once proud Bastion and trading post fallen into ruin

Stonebridge was a gnomish town that had positioned itself to become a leader in trade with western Boddendel, and a Bastion of defense against the forces that lay beyond. It stood as a mighty fortress and was so named for the large, sturdy bridge that spanned the river Tulken upon whose banks the keep was built.

After an invasion by wold orc tribes and later the armies of Ertrugol, the city fell into ruin. Its defenders and ruling family lay dead. Since that time the keep has not been rebuilt, though the ruins of the great bridge yet remain, still used by the occasional traveler who needs to make their way to Westdel other remote villages of far western Boddendel.
