Tome Of Rawling Of Lockewood
Ancient spellbook of a companion of Saint Evan of Westrun
This ancient book is remarkably well-preserved for its age; its former owner obviously took great care to ensure that it would survive the ages. The book itself was composed by Rawling of Lockewood, a magic user who traveled with Saint Evan and his men. Rawling was unusual in that he was a practitioner of both arcane and divine forms of magic. The book itself contains several journal entries and musings on the melding of the two. He was disturbed by the growing trend of the church to look with disfavor on the arcane, and feared what would become of devout wizards like himself.
