During a bear attack today my hood was thrown from my head revealing my secret to all. I left the camp to clear my thoughts. What to tell them and how much could I tell them. I fell asleep while pondering this, my wounds probably added to my need for rest as well. I was awakened with a start as Alawan hollered about an attack on camp. I closed the distance between our camp and where I had been sleeping, but before I reached the camp I was intercepted by two Elves. They escorted me back to camp, there were nine of them that I could see and I was sure there would be more hidden about. They talked down to us especially the humans, and they were almost threatening us. Had it come down to it I fear I would have died protecting my companions from my own people. We began a journey to the Elven city accompanied by eighteen Elves; one we discovered was a half elf like me. He was the first of them to treat us nicely, or with any respect. He told us we had less to worry about than we expected he also told us a little about the elves and their ways.
