At mid-day we set out for the cave today, but before we could leave Jemerall took me aside to his dwelling, and gave me a gift that I am not sure I’m worthy of, a great druid’s weapon, a silver sickle of fine craftsmanship, I promised to wield it honorably, and then we set out. It saddens me to know that I might never see him again, and I may never know whether this is my father. And at the same time as we approach the cave I am anxious to find Elana. I hope that she is alright… |
