My heart is once again settled in an unhappy place as tonight Aranor has told us that he will once again be taking his leave of us, and taking Elana along with him. It greatly saddens me to see her go away so quickly, and although I do trust Aranor, I fear for Elana’s future safety. I would much rather see her stay with us, but I understand that fate has sent us along different roads, and I am certain that I will see her again. After a goodbye with few words I slowly watched the two of them walk away. What words could have expressed all that I felt at that moment? |
