Orinaka was raised into the life of an Iaijutsu samurai by his father, Hunzan. He and his brothers where all raised to be th finest swords men that thier father could produce. He and his brothers served the same lord although Ori has gained great favor due to his understanding of what is truly asked of him and always returning with results that exceed expectation. This has made it's self abundant'y clear to him and to his family with his lord's latest mission. Lord Yurikara late one evening called for Ori ordering that he be ready to travel. Upon arrival to his lord's home he was told of the war brewing in the human lands. Having no love of humans and thier destructive ways hewas puzzled by his lord's concern. Yurikara went on to explain that he wished for Ori to go and to gather information as to what the source of this new threat to the humans could be. What was leading the orc hordes? Could it be prevented from causing more harm to the already unstable home of the elves if it where to defeat the humans? No, best to see to it that the threat stop at the doorstep of the humans. Ori would do what he could to aid the infidels for the good othe elven nation. with that in mind he set forth to serve his lord's order and to protect his family.
Misadventures led him astray however, and he ended up in the Underdark, thrall to the Mind Flayers that were assulting the under caverns of Citidel its self. Freed from the mind control by Roven of Truendore and his companions, Ori decided to travel with them in order to compleat his mission.
After the orc armies were defeated, he found himself flung into a world saving quest to stop the Lich King from killing everyone on the planet to create a world where he could rule the dead. It was on this quest that his mind was taken from him by the Lady Deathgiver.
Forced to fight against his friends, Ori did so without hesitation, and was defeated. Lady Deathgiver, her mind clouded by the twisted love she had developed for him, whisked him away to the Isle Of Ruin, where she preformed vile rituals and raised him as her undead gaurdian... and lover.
Now a powerful undead warrior, Orinaka serves his new lord with the same loyalty he showed his first. The side of light has lost a one of it's greatest assets, and the Lich King has in turn, gained him. |
