I awoke on the ship that day feeling the same as I had the past 5 days.( Sick as can be) I hate boats and large bodies of water. There was such a commotion in the room I could not sleep. Everyone was in the room up and about. Each one of them acted as if they had never seen me or kambie. Which was odd as we had just had a intense battle with some Aboleths. Even Gim my close companion could not remember most things about me. They some how expierenced a dream that I can not explain nor will try. We had an uneventful trip( which I was extremely happy for).
On the seventh day we landed on the shore near Citadel. Said our goodbyes and headed home.(for me at least) Stopping off in Tophlome to stock up on needed essentials. as we traveled the group finally came to accept me and kambie, they also thankfully put to rest the idea that lachlan was a real person. Not just a body of islands( which we all know it to be). |
